Provider's profiles are not accurate because, it seems that the info plugged into the review by a client does not replace the info that is there. For example, if a provider changes the color of her hair, or her weight, or her fee, or the services offered, it is not reflected in a current review. I know that I have found discrepancies in all of these areas. I'm sure that there are providers who have found the same. Would it be possible for the updated info be used to replace the previous info so that the profiles are accurate.
by clicking the "Report a Problem" button in the provider's profile. This way, the updated info that you provide is associated with the correct provider when the "Review reviewers" see it. If you us the "Contact Us" link, your info doesn't automatically get associated with the provider's profile.
The "Review reviewers" try to get new reviews up ASAP so they don't cross check info in new reviews against the provider's profile. TER depends on the membership to help keep the info updated. Don't forget, if your Problem Report is accepted, you earn 2 days VIP time.
