When you see a FBSM provider it a tip expected? More providers in my area have rates that is as high or higher than you would see in an AMP (house fee + tip (HE)). Most of the FBSM providers I have encountered don't provider a service as well an AMP. I  am just wondering if these ladies are also expecting a tip and I haven't been living up to expectations.

Tipping is never required   . However, if you feel the lady gave you good service and you'd hope she will see you again...by all means TIP .
