can i upload a pic if i am not a vip member? if so how do i do it?  thanks for putting up my lack of technology knowledge LOL

I cant get a pic from my machine up on the board.  I have to get it on the web somewhere.  Then below where you are typing there should be a link url and a picture url.  The link one the ladies use to show thier website.  The pic works if you have a full addy from the web of where the pic is located.

an on line storage service.  You cannot upload pick to TER just link to them.  You do not have to be VIP.  Hey, being under Ms Kelly is kind of fun!!!

your site is acting just like photo bucket .. you can add a link but you are still not uploading to TER.  The image is being hoted on your site.  The original question was driven by someone who was trying to post a pic that was on his PC hard drive.  Like you would do with Facebook.  

And speaking of hard -- your nurse pic gets me every time.....
