What are some good restaurant recommendations?

Depending on your taste.  Southern Pines has the better restaurants, unless you like the golf atmosphere of Pinehurst. Southern Prime, 195, wolcotts are excellent to name a few. The Pinehurst resort is good and the Holly inn are both good. What type of restaurant are you looking for? I am in Pinehurst.

Elliot’s is the best option.  Theo’s Taverna is good for lunch. Stay away from Dugan’s - it’s a local favorite but needs an update.

Within SoPi, check out Chef Warren’s, Ashtens, and, to a lesser extent, Ironwood. Avoid Sly Fox - overpriced and gross.  For lunch, Bell Tree is an option. I also like Char Bar; it’s a small chain but very good.

I think you’ll do well here. Aside from Marie, there aren’t many good options. Please post an ad when you plan on coming.

thanks for the reply and good recommendations.  My visit is short and Not being from the area I did not want to go to a place that looked good online but really wasnt, lol

Wish I could post ad but as you know the halt in place with local laws passed.  

Love my TER friends though!!
