I think when TER approves a Problem Report and changes a provider's profile, it causes the profile to appear on the New Reviews page. For instance, if a provider had multiple profiles and TER combines them into one, the combined profile shows up on the New Reviews page even though there isn't a new review.

What is the deal with old reviews that was posted over night stamped 3/30/05 showing up again like they are new?  I have been seeing this a lot lately.  Is there not a lot of new reviews?
