For one thing, your home is a very cozy place, as I recall.
Location does not matter so much to me, just so it is clean, cozy, comfortable, private and built for fun.

When I think of those that set up meets in thier private homes, an image comes flying out of the past where the guys goes into unsafe neighborhoods and are afraid of thier surroundings. Almost need to sweep the house armed to ensure his own safety.   In those cases I would just keep on driving.  Of course those same  ladies if they use another location its a cheap motel.  Another 'let me outta here' location.

I have seen a number of ladies from the TER boards that offer incall at a private location.  Everyone was located in excellent neighborhoods with beautiful homey places.  Never a moments fear.  So for a gentlemen that just doesnt take everything into consideration, he is missing out.  

My vote???  I like the private homes but it depends on which lady I am talking to.

You dont get housekeeping knocking on the door or peeping in.  lol

I can understand not wanting to meet in a private home, Ive been robbed before in one, as Im sure many a hobbiest has too. Nice hotels are always fun and for me increases the "forbidden fruit" scenario. That being said, once we have met, I enjoy her home alot more. Its more conducive to GFE.

I like you being able to pop into your closet and pull

out that special something that was missing.  Hard to do that in a hotel or motel.  I'm comfortable either place but seem to relax more when I don't have to worry about housekeeping or hotel maintenance or fire alarms or....... well, you get the idea.

I'm pretty sure that means your cozy private place gets my vote of confidence.

I would almost always be willing to meet in a private home, at least where I knew the lady involved. I feel way safer in most private places. I feel like if a LADY is willing to share her [private place, address, etc...then i can be totally non-stressed. I guess it would help if I were sure there was no husband involved that might cause an issue. But I think you are right. Her place...or yours..is way more personal and enjoyable for me anyhow.

Some of the best experiences I've ever had were at a lady's home...so much less formal feeling & a whole lot more private.  Also recall some fabulous times at apartments, houses, & similar residential properties that the lady rented just for her entertaining purposes.  Overnight "dates" are definitely better at a private residence due to the flexibility to do more things.

Not sure what type of arrangement you use but am thinking you have a rental property since you have mentioned in many posts about having a son at home.  This type of arrangement of the rental property gives both the privacy & relaxed environment plus better security for the lady since this does not disclose her private home address.

But I can also say I have had some terrific fun in some hotels!!!!!  I think we all know that the quality of the lady dictates the quality of the fun to be had by both parties...OK we guys also contribute to the package.
