1)Don't give  out your whereabouts for those not screened.Only after verification shall you give out your whereabouts.I'd even go so far as to do a brief meet and greet with a guy before even giving out room #

2)add a disclaimer (simple enough)
3)I'd be cautious of guys who contact you asking do you provide gfe,or other questions that can be found by reading your reviews.If he's too lazy to do his research on you...then that's a major red flag anyways.Ilways choose men who are just as cautious as you
4)asking if their l.e is not effective PERIOD!.l.e can lie (huge myth that they cant)
5)If a guy doesn't want to be screened(not even an i.d)...block him!!
6)If you have a regular that all a sudden hits you up asking sexually related questions and it's unlike him..be weary bc some guys are getting busted and in turn working it deals with l.e
7)Know your legal rights.Companionship is legal.You do have the right to remain silent if ever appoached or give over lawyer info

I think the best way to stay out of trouble is to just be an amazing escort.  What you should be doing is providing your clients with comfort and companionship.  You should not be offering any sexual acts.  I certainly would never pay for sexual acts.  When I choose an escort, I choose them because it is someone I think I would simply like to be around.  I am not paying for sexual acts.  I am paying for their companionship.   I have never asked for any sexual acts to be preformed or have never been asked to give money for that.  If the guys that are contacting you want to know what you can do for them, then they are not looking for companionship... Leave it at that.  Has a service provider in any field, medical, law, you name it, had sex with a client?  All the time, is that illegal?  No, sometimes not ethical but not illegal.  Same thing here.  If I meet a woman to be comforted and for companionship and we are attracted to each other and have sex, that is not illegal.  I don't understand how anyone has been arrested for this.  Providers never say you are going to preform sexual acts, and clients, never tell a woman you want her to preform sexual acts.  Just enjoy each other and nothing needs to be discussed.  

If your clients cant understand what this means then they are not worth your time.

Your OP is full of just absolutely horrible advice, JLS did a pretty good job of dissecting most of your mistakes and I am too lazy to double check to see if she missed anything.  

I see by your reviews you've been at this for at least a year, but it doesn't appear that you have learned a lot in that year in the biz. I would suggest you start hanging out a bit on the Newbie board and please either just lurk over there or ASK questions, PLEASE don't try to answer them.  

As for your SA idea, if anything it's even a worse idea than any in your OP. The first problem you are going to run into is that for a guy to send or receive messages there he has to pay about seventy bucks for a premium membership, are you really going to ask guys to shell out seventy bucks just to book an appointment with you? Please listen to the "old broads" like Steph and JLS and PLEASE stop giving out well meaning but horribly bad advice. Don't get me wrong. I happen to agree with everything you've said. Matter of fact your comments pretty much reflect Canada's sane legal  point of view when it comes to prostitution  and escorting. When engaging an escort you are paying for time & companionship . Whatever might happen between two consenting adults behind closed doors is nobody's Fing business. Especially the States.

Unfortunately the US suffers a repressed and rather unhealthy culture when it comes to these things. In a court of law your appeal will be dismissed and you'll find yourself guilty as charged .. Ever try that line of reasoning with LE you'll be laughed at all the way to the holding pen.

Our laws and attitudes toward the ancient and honorable profession are ridiculous if not down right damaging . But yet we keep voting for people to assure we remain suppressed .
