I think selfies are the best.

I'm blown away by the professional pics taken of some of our providers that look NOTHING like them. It's sad. I feel it's beyond dishonest and deceptive

I know that some of your's were taken by a rank amateur photographer, but the subject made the photos appear as if they were done by a professional 😄

As someone who takes a lot of photographs as a hobby, using someone who is familiar with a camera's operation and knows how to create a story is important. While good copy helps, photos are immensely important. Taking control of the story that you want told is important, and a good photographer can help you create that. Without a story, you're letting others fill in the blanks.

Personally, I respond best to photos that are playful, that hint at how you see yourself or how you would like us to see you. Photos with humor, casualness, and a bit of mystery.

Just to select recent postings from the Carolina Ad Board, Charlotte Marr has excellent shots with a consistent, lingerie-wearing theme. Gia Moore makes effective use of the background with bold colors that contrast with her outfit. Gabriela effectively repeats a fitness them in her shots. The fitness mixed with "the results" tells a good story. AmaiaX has a great main photo on her website with strong colors and patterns that complement her "sweetness and desire" tagline. The use of the peekaboo window in the second photo is top notch and her use of photos is effective throughout. You could do well by studying her photos. Plus, she's pretty hot.

Things I would shy from:
Obvious hotel photos -- check the carpet and the drapes ;-)
Selfies with the phone prominently displayed if it's not a natural selfie kind of moment
Excessive anonymity -- sunglasses or a hat are great, a blur is acceptable, but either crop the shot or disguise yourself in the pose, not with Snapchat filters.
If you're going to go with a couple of themes -- go big and run with 5-6 shot
