I really hope TER allows this to get posted because I really need an answer to this.

I totally understand that providers are busy, so please don't answer my following appeal with that cop out, and if anyone is thinking of referring me to the national Newbie Board or FAQ when they read this, I already have gone there, I already have done my research, and I'm only experiencing this problem in the Charlotte area, so this is something for this region in particular to address. So here's my problem.

I normally have an agency I depend on for my hobbyist needs, but this weekend they don't have any providers in town. Knowing this day would come I had already done my research, looking into five local providers with good overall reviews and local availability, and since I haven't posted reviews I asked the agency that I normally go to if they would vouch for me. They happily agreed understanding that I had needs to be met on the weekends that their providers aren't in town. I sent three of them professional and kind emails, and called the other two using proper etiquette three days ago only to never hear from any of them. Like I said before, I understand that providers are busy, and I understand that this happens, but five times in a row?  People have told me not to follow up because I'd seem desperate and needy, so I haven't, but I'm the only common denominator here so I need to know what I'm doing wrong.

Did someone report something about me on this board or something? I can't imagine what it could be because I'm very polite and courteous (perhaps to a fault).
Is my agency sabotaging me when a provider calls them up to ask about me?
Do the providers hate the sound of my voice when I call?
Do they have age limits? I checked all of them and only one said that she preferred men over thirty, but didn't flat out reject men under thirty.

...What is it? Please Help!

I have had the same problems recently and over the past few years, I try contacting a provider every now and then and nothing.. I have very good references independents and agencies , they are from out of state , so I think the women are lazy and dont want to do background checks , there is  Not alot of southern hospitality happening here in Nc,  I am sorry NC  .   I dont waste my time anymore , My suggestion fly a guest for the day/weekend , alot better quality and you wont be left stranded, I am use to major cities like  Miami ,NYC, DC, Detroit etc. The providers atleast reply to email or return the call, very professional...

And who also has hobbied in the major cities you mentioned. The Carolina girls are the warmest, nicest, most giving ladies around. Because they are that way, they, in turn, prefer the company of gentlemen who are recommended by people they trust. It IS different here, not as "business-like"as it is in big cities where guys just fly in and out with both the provider and hobbyist know they most likely never will meet again. When Carolina girls feel comfortable with you, it is the most amazing experience.

Postings like yours won't help your cause, to be honest.

It's good to know that I'm not the only one that has issues with responses, but I'm not here to put down Charlotte or North Carolina, nyc. I need to know from providers, who find reason to ignore calls and emails, what it takes to just get a response, even if it's 'no'. At least then, I won't waste my time waiting.

It could be the tone of your email.  I am no where near an expert as I am still learning as well but I have had ladies respond to my emails.  Whether they were a sorry I'm not available to here's what needs to be done.  Allowing more time does help as well.

Good luck to you but please don't disrespect the Carolina ladies.

Tone of an email? Seriously?
No offense, but it's just a text.
Why do many people put sympathy on a text?
99/100 cases are their imaginary feeling.

I can't speak for others, I can only speak for myself..
Very often on Friday afternoon, I leave Jessica at the door and join my family and friends in the day to day routines of weekend life..
Jessica, will then return on Monday morning or Sunday afternoon depending on the weekend, checking email and scheduling play dates..

I have missed many, many opportunites because of this.. I just don't play on the weekends.

It's not personal and I do believe you should always follow up at least once!!!!!!!!
Your problem may be just that simple..

Some ladies play on the weekends and at 2 am. Some will jump when you call and others don't.
Maybe it is your timing or the ladies you are picking..

Good Luck

One thing you might want to remember, and you may already know this.  Ladies get a lot of emails.  Good, bad and somwhere in between.  Some ladies have filters that clean stuff up, not all but some.  But the message title should be simple and straight forward.  Something like Appointment or Schedule a date will get better attention.  Keep the email positive but straight and to the point.  I know some have said they have never gotten an email that I know I sent.

Like Jessica said there are reasons why a lady may not work the weekends.  I know I dont like to work them.  But writting and saying no may be a little difficult.  There are a lot of jacksasses out there.  and you cant tell one from another without a program. So why invite trouble.

Sorry you had a hard time.

I really appreciate the help guys. I'll keep all this in mind when I'm back in town.

As a native Charlotte/Carolina girl and a corporate business professional (in my other life), this issue does dishearten me.  I am sorry that you have taken time to contact several ladies and have never received a response.  Common courtesy and good customer service go a long way.  But as several people have stated here, there could be several reasons why you have not received a response.  I for one, have had gentlemen men email me (a 2nd time) or call me and indicate that they have previously contacted me and did not receive a reply/response.  I attribute it to email filters.  I wholeheartedly endorse the suggestions made by several of the earlier responses to your dilemma.  Don't give up on our lovely Carolina Girls.

Exceeding Your Expectations,

Sweet CoCo Kisses:-)
