Advertised providers on the outer banks. You may get lucky and find one visiting but I doubt it.

Your best bet would be to search the Virginia Beach, VA providers and inquire if anyone is willing to travel. Incall will probably not be available and be prepared for a two to three hour minimum.

Otherwise, enjoy the fishing, the peace and serenity. As long as you aren't in the possible path of hurricane Frances.
