One gas station operator is charging $10./gal, that way people won't buy it and he saves it for his regulars at the going rate, about $3.39/gal.
These guys know how to gouge. They can't be charged for gouging, because the governor has to declare a state of emergency before a gouging charge can be prosecuted.
Sounds like this regulation was drafted by the petroleum companies!!!!
The latest news is that MB will have gas for the Labor Day weekend. Many hotels are reporting cancellations. The tourism industry will take a big hit!!
