What to do in Hilton Head in May???

I mostly stay on the Atlanta pages but will be going to HH in May.  Checked reviews and did not see anyone with an 843 area code.  Any suggestions?

Maybe I should have worded my question differently?

I don't play golf.  I do eat seafood but there are other things to do that are more fun.
