I understand that there are good reasons some providers don't provide on the weekend and some hobbyists don't hobby on the weekend, but like I said in the OP I believe there is a good opportunity here for those providers who can make themselves available.  I think there are many hobbyists who would enjoy a Saturday afternoon of football and f*ing, or a Sunday afternoon with a nice bottle of wine, an old movie, and kissing and groping and licking and sucking on the couch, and would gratefully engage a provider to enjoy this with him.

Okay, so it's 9:40 on a Friday night, and it's raining outside and getting cold ... what a perfect night to light a fire and curl up with a warm body of the opposite sex.

I am relatively new to the hobby and the TER board, but I've observed that the Ter boards get quiet on the weekend, and I think this is true of the hobby world in general ... my observation is that most of the hobbyists are middle-aged and either single, divorced, or unhappy with their marriage (why else would they be swimming in the hobby pond) whereas most providers are young and hot.  this is a great arrangement in general, but on the weekends the young hot girls want to party and have a good time with friends, whereas middle-aged men who are single, divorced, or unhappy with their marriage are feeling a little bit down and would be very open to some companionship.

but no one wants to surf the boards on the weekend because that seems lame and pathetic.

So i'm going out on a limb and suggesting that this may be a good market opportunity for any provider who is available on weekends, and I'm also saying to the men don't shy away from surfing on the weekend because you are afraid that may seem uncool.

Bottom line to me is that what makes this hobby world a really good thing, is that providers can provide a measure of happiness and pleasure to men who need those things, and are willing and able to pay for them, and it ends up being win-win for both parties - no advantage taken, a fair exchange.  In a world filled with so much unhappiness and pain, those who can provide a brief respite of pleasure and joy are blessings to us and deserve our respect and generosity.  A rainy day on the weekend seems like a good opportunity for providers and hobbyists alike.

Having philosophized and pontificated too much already, I must also make a disclaimer that I am not able to hobby on the weekend because I have custody of my children and my weekends are devoted to them.  I suspect that this is also true of many providers.  but there must be some hobbyists and providers who don't have such limitations, and I would love to see an increase in happiness and pleasure in the world because of more weekend sex.

Ok lets see, I am a Libertarian, a Diest, a Hobbyist, an Absolute fan of Beavis and Butthead, loyal ardent fan of Howard Stern and Bababooie to you and spend most of my other time trying to spot paradigms I try to shift. Any other choice I can make to piss off, turn off, disappoint or confuse anyone? LOL I have chosen many roads less traveled and yes it has made all the difference!

What I am getting at is if was going for attempting to avoid lame of the opinion of most I am clearly failing.

My hobby activties are only curtailed by my dwindling hobby budget which lately is smaller than even
little shifterp! I don't even have VIP status right now and got 5 pm's I have not answered. I am also the only dude who has answered your post on how lame and uncool it is to be hanging out on the board on a weekend!!!!!!!!  LOL

I really hope to make it clear to the friends who have pm'd me recently, I really am not ignoring ya'll or just being rude. I just have not posted a review lately, hey if you find a few good women, write a review, get your 15 days and like them so much you go back writing a second review doesn't get you anymore VIP days.

Just hope the folks, kinda hope it is all sexy interesting gals who want to say Hi and wrote me a pm understand. If there are some dudes sprinkled in there for good measure if you got my email email me till I see another gal for the first time and post another review. Shucks, if the hobby budget is so low right now I can't see a new gal I can't see the logic in paying for a month of VIP status! Maybe I need to shift my own paradigm, pay up and get to those pm's!

I am also a die-Hard Tar Heel fan which I know irks my friend Sexy C, love my Cowboys. My only defense there is I have been a loyal Cowboy fan since Landry and Staubach, not just since Jerry Jones bought the team and marketed them as Americas Team. Do I get a pass for being a long time loyal fan, just not sticking to my team only when they win? Also am a big fan of the Panthers, GO CAM!

I am all for more weekend sex. Heck more sex period! Bought my lottery ticket today and if I win tonight I can promise till I am unable at some point a portion of my winnings would be spent researching, calling, visiting over and over and over. My favorite day would be the ones that end in Y! Get it? Double meaning, see how clever that was? hehe

Ok enough bloviating for the day, now time for FOOTBALL FOOTBALL FOOTBALL! Go HEELS, GO DAWGS!
DAWGS, beat the heck out of those Gators how bout it!!!!!!!!!

I had to live in texas in the mid-70s when I was in the USAF. That was hard when I was a Redskin fan. Remember too tall jones??!!

Oh yeah I forgot to mention, to some maybe, I have been sober since 84, 27 years with no drugs and alcohol! Figure to some that is gonna be lame and uncool too! LOL Yeah on top of everything else I don't drink and drug, how lame is THAT? Of course I have not had a DUI in 27 years either!

First of all, to assume that men will not hobby on weekends because they don't want to seem lame and pathetic is ridiculous in itself.

And about providers not being available on weekends? You know I used to think it was because most of them had lives? family, other work,...etc

On the hobbyists side..Most of hobbyists are married...they play during the week when they are working...easy way to hide the time away. On the weekends..most do not get online at home to check these boards...and are spending time with their families.

On the providers side...Some of us are available on the weekends..list it in our ads on the boards..but we also know most guys are NOT on the boards on the weekends so do not over post the same crap.
And then theres others of us providers that ma be married as wel..have children..be single moms..and have a life outside of all this and weekend is family time.

No one is "lame" or "pathetic"...most of us balance two lives and each ones needs time away from the other.

I have plenty of weekend sex...But i do not have to come on here and talk about it.

ANd also..its Halloween weekend..I know for at least me...Im packed out with kids Halloween parties...and my kids come over this.

Have to give you a dissenting vote Addison,

I am high income, and as many high income I am single, no kids. To maintain that high income I have to be TOTALLY subservant to my employment Mon to Fri. That means in bed Sunday night as Monday and Friday afternoon are the most important times.

Point is all meet & Greets, all hobbyst activites are oriented toward the weekdays. If providers considered some changes, they would find increased income from the Saturday single who live on the boards from late Friday noght to Sunday night because in this Depression taking care of your job has become more important than taking care of a family.. (no job then family suffers bad)...  BTY.. my job is such that its all or none process. I either work Mon to Fri or take the entire week off which is a big pay cut....

Anyway just a dissenting opinion to let you know I would pay and assist and organize ANY adult activity on the weekend.

I did see where you acknowledged that at least some providers provide on the weekend.
