Relatively new to the hobby, here.  When you read an ad or a review, sometimes the term Unrushed is used to describe the session.  Does this necessarily refer to MSOG or not?  Of course, YMMV, but am just asking as a general rule of thumb.

To me it is when you are with a fine young lady, and when the allotted time is near she is not giving the time's up body language, or actually saying it. It is not nice to loiter, but many girls are interested in adult conversation. Bless them.

Ever go to a date and she wants you in and out as fast as she can process you???  That is rushed.  

If she is going to give you your full established time and allow you to be comfortable then it is unrushed .  If she is not a clock watcher, then you be the one to watch and try to be gone on time or at least dressing.  Some ladies will invite you to stick around for a bit for some decent adult conversation, especially if she enjoys your company and is in the mood to chat.  

Rule of thumb,  leave 2 minutes before she is ready for you to go. She will invite you back.

Hell, if thats the case there would be times we'd never show up in the first place.  Just slide the donation under the door.   LOL

Well sir, if they are real good, you dont know they were ready for you to leave two minutes after you arrived lol  But my friend, I dont think you have that problem.
