Hotel booking sites

Someone posted in the not to distant past a web site for last second deep discount hotel rooms. I have looked and can not find it. Any help is much appreciated.

Hotel Tonight does that-- it's an app

for iPhone, not sure about Android.

The hotels post their rooms at noon on the site, and it can be a good deal. Mostly major cities, though.
