I hate the new TER rating scale! I have met several extremely beautiful providers that do everything I could ever hope for. It didn't matter what they offered, it mattered on what they did when I saw them. If I was happy with their performance, even if they didn't offer Greek or CIM, and I didn't care, should that really matter? That kind of YMMV experience can be explained in the review. I recently had a review for an extremely beautiful provider, who exceeded all my expectations, and it was rejected due to my performance rating of 9. Does the new TER rating scale encourage, or force providers to offer services they do not want to provide just to get a 10 or a 9? I recently saw a provider who delisted due to the new rating scale. She was incredible and deserved every bit of a 10, but she didn't offer Greek, or CIM.  I didn't care but I hated to give a performance rating of only 8 just to get the review posted.
