Financially make it worth her while. I know some places are seasonal (heard Vegas is like that with conventions and such for example). If it's not heavily toured...maybe there's a reason.
I get Jan/Feb....but in the shoulder seasons (fall/spring) the place is crawling with golfers here on trips with their buddies and the SO's are all back home. It's been bare for quite some time. The last nice touring provider I saw here was Sexy Carolina and that was a while back.

It's not much of a drive to Charleston, there are a few of us here. I'm also happy to visit HH/Savannah
