I owned a old Victorian once, spent every weekend at Home Depot, AND every extra cent on "never-ending" projects. One thing leads to another, and another, and another. Two years later I sold it and swore I'd never buy an old house again! Don't get me wrong, I love old houses, but I'd rather spend my free time (and money) on my hobby.

Its a beautiful Victorian, but I agree with Drew, its a money pit prob.......
