So as I sit and read the boards today, I have noticed that gentlemen will post they are looking for XYZ in some area at such and such time on whatever date....

They obviously read the boards, There are plenty of fish in the sea, Hell if I were a gentleman I would be overwhelmed by the number of ladies out there. So I ask. why post that on a board?  Are they too lazy to do their homework. I am really not trying to be mean. But, is it a quick easy way to take whatever is thrown at you and then do the deductions from what choices you are given? Reminds me of the Wam Bam method??

The ones that really get me are the ones that say checking in at so and so, looking for a 4 hour date tonight, Clean 30 something W/M. Am I supposed to want to throw myself at that, be hot and ready, No questions asked?

What's wrong with reverse advertising?
Not all guys have  lots of time to research and ping each gal to see if they are available at X time/date.
Why not ask here and let them respond?

So here is what  am wondering. Why are you up at 4:00 in the morning..???  

Aside from that, I wonder the same thing. And I guess it does seem a bit odd to see an ad from a gentleman searching for someone. I suppose it could be laziness. I would think it would invite problems, as I suspect the "quality of the merchandise" from a responder might be just a bit suspect..??

So, I assume this means you are not likely to reply to such a query..?  

I mean, if one is selling a Mercedes, they do not necessarily look for buyers by reading the "items wanted" poages. sort of cheapens the brand...?

Like a guy was looking for a provider in Asheville...to save himself time..he asks..who's available this weekend. Saves him from emailing a girl to find out she's not available...and so on and so on. I seee nothing wrong with it.

You all have valid points.. I can see where it would be easier and trying to eliminate the waiting/phone call no answer game etc, etc..

Now as to why I was up at 4am.. for the 3rd morning.  The previous two were insomnia related.
last night was waking up seeing the clock that said it was 7:20 am. Panic set in. "Im late, Im late
jump out of bed. Head for the shower, Get out make the coffee and then look at the clock and feel stupid( Power went out and I forgot to reset the clock the day before) Well Hell, I am up now.. 2 loads of laundry done, dishes washed, living room dusted and vacuumed all before a day of work and play...

Aubrey is spot-on. I've been looking for a regular provider myself, however I tend to look for weeknights between 10pm and 1am. And here, it's rather frustrating. So far tonight, I've gotten no callbacks, and got 2 responses saying to call much earlier in the night.

It is frustrating, but understandable. We all have our daily lives, right?

If you like night time encounters try to set it up the afternoon of. There's a big difference in "same day" and "last minute" bookings.

if a man is too busy to do his homework then he should not complain too loudly if she does not meet his expectations.  If her ads and reviews are accurate but he did not read them, or take the time to exchange a few e-mails with her, that is on HIM, not HER.

Also, he is limiting his options to those ladies who both see his post and are not already occupied.

With those caveats, no, there should be nothing wrong with it, especially in areas where it is difficult to search well (smaller town in a big area code for example).

I sometimes post ISO for a particular area I have never been to before. I may have narrowed my choices, but through research, but looking for something to tip the scale. Most ladies prefer not to get incessant emails asking questions by potential dates which never pan out so it is a better way to go to check interest and decide. I personally like mature, sensuous, and intelligent ladies whose company I enjoy. It makes it more a GFE than just a release.
