I had some trouble myself. I had never used a service before and had to go the verification route and the morining shift couldn't help me. If you have never used them before, it is best to try after 4.  That is when Houston (Manager) is there.  Since you have reviews and can provide a reference it should be a breeze from there.  Best to be patient and polite.  You can read my review for one of the fine ladies there.
