I cannot even reach my face to blow my nose.  :9(

Gonna start back today after a 2 month sabbatical. Figure I'll be a sight in the morning. Nothing like a good bench press to the testosterone flowing!! Well maybe there is one thing better!!

I am desperately looking for my next bicycle---dogs are getting tired of hoofing around on the trails:(( Hey! Think I have a bite:))  Luv doing my cardio standing by the bed and need to get those leg muscles in peak pumping form;P~~~

I fell ya yep bed side cardio is the best. Only kind of cardio I do I'm too lazy to run, but do like to pump some iron a few days a week when I can fit it in. It's fun but not as fun as lifting a sweet young thing and carrying her to the bed!! Damn now I got myself all worked up!!

Many people do that.

One thing that helps is light exercise, believe it or not. It keeps the blood flowing through the muscles and helps keep it from locking up.

Also, you may need more water, which can do that as well. Drink lots of water or liquids with electrolytes.

I feel for you. :(

I have been doing "Insanity" for two weeks but have yet to complete more thatn 50% of the exercies.
