I'm going to be visiting North Carolina in the not-too-distant future, and have been intrigued by her photos in her eros ad, but I haven't been able to find any reviews of her here on TER, or any mention of her on this board.
Subsequent searches of the internet yield a few additional photos/ads, but nothing substantive in the way of reviews.

Yeah I saw her ad too. This may just be me... but if I see an ad with only an email and/or phone # (as in no website) I tend to think it may not be such a good idea.

Listen my man, if no one can find anything about this woman. An she gives you some excuses about the site being down. . . or changing her name or whatever BS she happens to make sound good. Remember one thing.
If you have to ask the question. Your instincts are already telling you what you need to know and fear to be true. Even Eros occasionally has one of those damn Back Page BS ads. Although, its usually the exception as opposed to being the rule.
If you can't find them on TER. Move along and find someone else that you can verify off of TER! That is part of this sites beauty. Is its ability to help providers as well as hobbyist figure out the truth from the BS!
