I'm in the same boat and unfortunately it's hit or miss sometimes with the ladies' schedules and level of understanding. Best thing to do is just talk to the girls you're interested in seeing, tell them your situation and get cleared ahead of time so when your schedule does open up you can call and see who can accommodate you.
