Are we talking hours, days, longer? What kind of message was left? It could be any number of things. It could be busy, but the ladies do actually have a life outside the hobby, so It could be that they are just not "working" at the moment you called or messaged. Could be something you said or how you said it. Not saying that is the case, just pointing out possible reasons. But if "a lot" of providers are not responding, then you may need to look inward.
