I would assume you now have that situation under control.

you have replaced that booker or at least give them a good talking to! I see where you say you are kinda new. I cant speak for all the ladies, but Im sure most of them (myself included) would be happy to give you advice, help, etc if you ask. Please dont let anyone else speak for you.
