So I was bored yesterday and had a couple hours to kill. Short notice so I thought I would scroll backpage and see if anything turned up. Saw a couple with pictures done well enough to entice me. Checked here first, nothing, tin eye search of images next, just my luck fake pics!!! Then a couple that would have been my second choices based on looks alone had terrible reviews. Stumbled on two with good reviews phone numbers only no answer on either. One of them had posted she was looking for reviews to get established sent a text (nicely worded) that I may could help. Her response? "Hey" WTF? I respond back and can tell her communication skills via text kind of well, suck. Asked for an email address she sends it an hour later. I type up a nice introductory email also being sure to explain that while I could help her with reviews I was in no way badgering for special treatment in exchange. Y'all who know me know I'm not geared that way. No response I text back 16 hours later " hey have you had a chance to check you're email" response? "No" I understand folks get busy but if you're wanting to establish yourself in a buisness customer relations is number one. A simple " I'm not available untill December 17th" would have been sufficient.  

Not really meant to be a rant but how in the hell do you fellas that pursue backpage shift through the fake pics, bad communication, lack of customer service and God knows what else. Kudos to you guys who have the patience to do it. This isn't a bash backpage post, well maybe it kinda is. Just isn't worth the digging and potential for getting locked up or worse to me.

Case I have read several of your post's and you appear to be a genuine nice person. Yet read between the lines. From my point of view, I am sure her Ad attracted very much attention and sympathy. My gut feeling is she not only got people  give her possible reviews, yet $$ to pay her bills.  

False advertising?  (Maybe////)........It appears that this person played on peoples emotions and obviously by not responding to you she was not interested in just a "Review" to get started. Just my take on the conversation. After 16 hours  you text her back and ask her if she has had time to respond to your email, correct me if I am not getting this, and she says "No" Hmmmm

Yet, with all that being said, I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I like to see the best in other's and obviously you do to.........Being a female........if I read that advertisement, I would have taken pity on the person and if attractive and the chemistry was right given her a review and a donation.

 Kind of like waiting tables. "Tips" Means To Insure Proper Service, at least that is my Dad always told me and low and behold I waited tables making a living for a long time. The people who tipped me the most got waited on first along with the best drinks and food available. One hand washes another and to me that is just life. For what it is worth.......Kelley

i remember hearing a couple of construction workers talking about the wonders of BackPage. An older guy was telling his slack jawed buddy how he get a "quick nut" by doing Quick Visits with the girls on BackPage. His buddy kept asking "how much is she?" As the older guy scrolled through the photos of providers. I had to kept from laughing as the older guy told his friend that the "pole ice don't bother with BackPage cuz it's not serious." So there are your BackPage clients. Guys looking for a fast nut at a cheap price. Neither guy looked like they had been laid in years, which was probably the last time they were able to see their dicks over their large beer guts.

Aww thanks buddy!! Well I didn't actually get screwed, if you could comprehend English you would have noticed that I never saw anybody. The point being there is a lot of crap to sort through there.  So other than finding fake pics and someone with no communication skills I'm not out anything time or money wise. As for deserving a good screwing, yeah I do, not to toot my own horn but there's plenty of gals here that will be more than willing to help me out and even give me a lot of OTC time, so say what ya want about me it's all good.

Case, I just wanted to say that you did not deserve that comment from the white trash guy. And I do admire the way you handle yourself with educated words and not letting anyone push your buttons.

True, sorta, and I know you advertise on BP and I obviously struck a nerve. Sorry about that. You are one of the few ladies with reviews that does. I don't select my fictional characters off of BP. It's far too risky. I only go with TER, or 411, or ladies that have some sort of history. Too much nonsense on BP as Case pointed out in his post. Fake photos, bait and switch, Robs, stings, you name it.

BTW I'm the reviewer. She's the reviewee and I knew her from her agency days. Come to think of it, two, uh  three of the ladies I've reviewed use BP at times, but they all have good reviews on TER. And two are on 411.

Damn! Call me slack jawed and pass me the ice cream, but I'm still sticking with my TER ladies.

You can find the complete spectrum of society advertising on BackPage, from the saddest and most common, least educated; to the total opposite. I think that was the point of Case's original post. You have to do your homework. Just because a woman advertises on BP doesn't tell you anything about her. Yeah, it's probably true that there's a disproportionate number of ones you're not going to want to see. And the opposite is true, too; there are white-trash guys like you described who shop on BP. There are also educated, interesting guys who look on BP. It's worth noting that just because someone's on TER doesn't mean they're sophisticated, educated, or interesting.

We all need to do our homework to be safe and to be as confident as possible that we'll have fun with whomever we see.

or how much she charges...... I have met BP providers who were very professional and respectful of my time. I have also had P411 providers NCNS me.  

I prefer a provider who is 6-7 in looks with good customer service than a flaky 10

BP is a tool my friend.  Research, research and more research.  Just as I have said on here before, I never walk into a date with blinders on.  95% of the time I know the girl is good.  My second date, IIRC was a girl from BP I knew nothing about.  I was new to the game and didnt really have any instructions or guidance.  Luckily it turned out ok, but since then Ive honed my skills to to speak.  BP is only one source I use.  There are about 10 or so out there I browse frequently.  I also have gotten to know alot of local providers that fill me in on other girls and new girls etc.  One of them I heard got turned by local LE from another provider.  She was right.  Luckily I got some early heads up.  In the end just use it for what it is, you can learn to spot fakes in a second if you browse around frequently.  You'll catch duplicate pics, numbers even the description.  Some of it is rather funny.  GL to you!

Recently saw an ad on BP for my area. Looked and found a review here on TER. Review was semi decent so I thought why not. Sent her a text. 6 hours later she responded with "are you affiliated with any LE or fbi?. I replied no and asked if she did advanced bookings. No reply. Sent another text several days later when I saw she was back on BP and asked if she were available. Two days later she replied with "are you affiliated with any LE or fbi?. I replied with  "well I wasn't back when I sent the text but I could be looking for a new career opportunity by now". Apparently she has a method for screening where she just asks you over and over until you admit to being LEO.... not sure how she clears the ones she actually sees though. Too bad cause she was really cute.

How many people have any idea what a real fbi agent looks or sounds like? When I was in Uncle Sams canoe club, back when Luke first met Darth I was interviewed by a few that were so plain ?? SMH, if they want you, they get you, just saying. Just be safe and have fun and remember STFU except to ask for representation.  

A rhetorical question for any that want to play the over paranoid game. Do you know where the JTTF office is in your city?

Leon ,Bluegrana, and SexyCarolina have made some good points. Although Grana it does matter in regards to some people about the location. I don't know where you're based in Case, but here in Raleigh there are spots that some of us here tend to stay away from in regards to incalls . I only look for girls who provide incall in one of two areas: Glenwood Avenue/Crabtree Mall and The RDU/RTP area. Not only are they perfect for the providers, but for the client as well. The same cannot be said for Wake forest and Capital Blvd. . Those parts of town are really sketchy and don't come off as a great place for an appointment. I'm sure most providers and clients reading this will agree. In fact there is a recent post on the board in regards to where the girls need to have their incall location . I use BP as a place to search for providers too like Leon. Patience is without a doubt a key factor when using BP. If you check it on a regular basis, you'll get the hang of it. I don't think that there is anything wrong with highly ranked providers (like Sexy Carolina) posting on BP. They're just doing it to promote themselves to a wider range of clientele . I'm sure Sexy does gets an abundance of clients from just TER and other major provider websites and wouldn't need to post on BP. But she chooses to as a way to get more clients. And there are other Highly reviewed girls and agencies who post there also, including those from out of state. As for the others, most of them are rip-off's. But if you roll the dice every now and then and TOFTT on a girl who isn't reviewed, you'll find a Diamond in the rough. And if you check it every once in a while, you'll be able to tell who the rip-offs are.
