I hate CL but have to admit... It brings alot of traffic. HOWEVER 8 out of 10 people that call want half hours for 75$, or when I say "the hour is 200", they just say "no thanks" or "ok thanks".
My phones ringing off the hook but with people that don't know where in the world they are located they expect a gps when they call me.
Or they incriminate the heck out of their selves when asking about the services.
SO MY QUESTION IS DO YOU THINK POSTING THEIR IS A GOOD OR BAD IDEA?
I KNOW THE FACTS SOUND LIKE ITS DEFINATELY NOT BUT MAYBE IM DOING SOMETHING WRONG MAYBE I NEED TO SAY CERTAIN THINGS IN THE POST.
ALSO I NOTICE SOME GIRLS GET THEIR ADS POSTED EVERY 2 DAYS ITS ANNOYING SEEING ALL THE TROUBLE I HAVE TO GO THROUGH TO GET ONE "APPROVED" AND AFTER THE POSTING TROUBLE THE CLIENTS ARE ALL REALLY CHEAP AND SAY THINGS ALONG THE LINES OF "WILL YOU LAY YOUR HEAD IN MY LAP FOR 50$ MISSY?" SERIOUSLY
Well, of all the sites where ads could be posted, how many of them have ever been the subject of national TV news? I think CL is the absolute worse place to be seen unless you have a relative in the pokey and you're looking for an easy way in.

I gave up on CL a year ago....Now I surf Backpage and still am very careful there, but HEY, some good girls start there and then get some reviews and can get out of the internet meat market....How long till somebody cracks down on BP like CL ?? Funny though is that one of my local faves says she likes BP better and is easier to post on, but still gets twice the business from CL ads ???

Right, I think it reels some escorts in like myself because of the huge responses. Ive been taking a talley of perspective clients versus actual clients that meet the criteria ie: donation, and light screening and scheduling appts before 5pm. The results are pretty much showing I get tons of calls and little to none actual completed clients. It could be the area Im in Havelock, Jacksonville, and the Crystal Coast beaches aka Atlantic Beach Emerald Isle, etc. They are not big towns like Raleigh, or Charlotte. Thanks I think I just needed a nudge in the right direction.
If I had to describe the kind of clients from CL I get, It would start a whole new post of how im ungrateful or something but I agree with you.
Although maybe 3 of my favorite cleints came from there.

I call CL & BP filler content, because 80% of the time thats what it is. This is why I use a diff # for those sites, diff rate 200/150, but service is on par with the pay NO GFE at all (this is why a few of my reviews are YMMV). I see it like this if you were looking for a quailty experience, you would have done your research not called the first hot chick you saw asking "What's the special today?" last time I checked I'm not the local eatery.

Sorry to confuse everyone as I said I AM A NEWBIE, which leads to my explaination: I work myself as well as refer clients to 2 other providers.
I did not specify who or what I was because I didn't think it really mattered, but sometimes I think it does matter alot of independents hate agencys and have a right to.

I think my target audience does not know about the erotic review or any review sites, and those are really good places to find providers for clients, because their is a review right there.
But for providers to find clients I don't know if its etiquettly correct to promote other places other than ter, on ter board, not being weird just don't want to offend any diehard ter fans.
What I've done is just look at some of the great reviewed providers and on the opening page has all the banners for the places they advertise.
Recently, I've found sweetdixiemafia, (i have no idea how they picked the name because its not only southern states) but I heard of that when working in huntsville a while ago, and recently joined.
Preciouz turned me on to a few that I have not checked out still.
