We've all seen triathlons, marathons and half marathons but I think there needs to be a new sporting event the hump-a-thon. This could be a single day event or over multiple days like decathlon. Maybe there could be short sprints added to the mix..lol
I personally love these sessions. They start at 7am. They consist of squats, lunges, push-ups, crunches, sprints and more...all done with weights. I am calling this BOOTY CAMP...cause my booty will be bootiliciousis when all is said and done. It's only been 3 months since I broke my foot but I am on the road to LEAN and SEXY with endurance and strength. If you can keep up with me I'll train with you. We can do most of your training in what I like to call Cockmilking!
