I just saw Alecia in Charlotte for the first time.  She would be my choice given your desired constraints.  She is 40s and if that is too old, I would look at loosening requirements vs. missing the chance to see her before you retire.  She is a tall, thin, busty redhead, who is wonderful in the areas you cited.
