How do you get a good reference?

I am not a frequent customer. I have used a service only on trips out of state and once every few years. I have saw request for references on web sites. Any suggestions. My preference small waited, petite woman would like try an Asian provider, but not required.  Thank You

If your looking for an independant...Try meeting at a bar for a drink...that's how I got started there is a provder in Charleston that requires a dinner meeting for all hobbiest.

Some substitute the need for reference by verifying your work phone and employment. As long as they have a phone to contact you and leave a message for you, then it's ok. You then call them back to confirm, that is acceptable to some as they know you have a legitimate number. You can always call them and ask questions. You'll be surprised that some may accomodate your unique situation.
