just walked into the gas station and the clerk said, almost immediately, "HEY YOU LOOK LIKE A CALIFORNIA GIRL!"

This is even more funny because I have a shirt on that says "Greenville".  

Seriously, how did he know? I'm still laughing...

Most 'California girls' would be considered blonde and blue eyes.

hen I replied back to him I actually used a bit of an accent, just to be funny!  

We both giggled and he gave me a free lotto scratcher, AND I WON! It was one dollar.

Growing up in San Diego, it's something we don't 'see' as the city is so diverse.  

Perhaps I need to venture out here more!
