I'm looking for mid-to-top class hotels in the Raleigh area with large jacuzzis or hot tubs.  Thanks for any info.

Fairfield Inn near Crabtree has a king spa room. Angelina and I stayed there once - Nice hot tub right next to the bed in the living room.

Also, Comfort Inn and Suites crabtree has balcony rooms with a large hot tub spa in the bathroom.
