Anyone have any info on places that cater to couples that want to enjoy private hot tub or sauna time?  Not talking about going to a hotel that has hot tubs or jacuzzi tub, but a place where you can rent a hot tub for an hour or two for adult fun time.  The best example I can give you is the attached link.  I visited this place when I lived in Michigan.

I enjoy going to the hot tubs at Hot Springs, NC. The warm, fresh spring water feels wonderful. The hot tubs are seculeded enought that if you want to have some adult time, that's no problem (as long as you keep your voices down

That place sounds great.  How does one get more specific information about exactly where to go and where to stay?  I particularly like the idea of discrete, outdoor fun around the springs themselves.  Thanks.
