Recently, I had a bizarre experience with one local provider. She messaged me over TER website, and I passed her verification. However, she had to cancel our session at the last minute due to her personal issues, which I totally understood. After she canceled on me, I tried to set up another time with her, but she just never replied to my emails. Any suggestions about what I should do? It makes me wonder people's professionalism. I'm also open to any suggestions.

If she truly has personal issues I would give it a few weeks, maybe a month.  Then I would move on.  She may or may not email you if she becomes available again. I would not count on it.  Remember this is a hobby, men and women sometimes weave in and out, some for personal reasons, some for no reason.  I learned awhile back not to get emotionally attached, especially since there is so much talent in all shapes, sizes, races, and ethnicities!

I would say move on for now and send an email in a month or 2 if you are still interested in seeing her. Things happen and she may need time to take care of the personal issues, so give her time and space.

I do understand that things happen and I tried to contact her again. I can even still see her ad post on this forum. But she just never replied. I guess it's time to let go and move on.

I think I'll just try to find someone else. I shouldn't take it personally, but it just feels odd. Anyway, thanks for your suggestions!

You probably cleared her verification process. But, then before the date she might have looked at your reviews... You seem to have not been impressed by anyone you've seen. Even the lady that got an 8 from you, the review read like it should've been a 10. We're all here for fun and because we love SEX but if a guy is looking for a VS model with an extra secret hole, I won't see him.

Thanks for your advice! I guess I just don't give out a 10 to anyone unless I'm really really impressed. I have to be honest with my reviews.

Last minute issues do come up. It could be that she had a family emergency and has not returned, or want to deal with working right now.

That said, I do agree with Marissa, she could have looked at your reviews and seen that ladies with stellar reviews got a negative one from you, when the review suggests they should have been higher.

You may want to read the suggested review parameters to get a better idea of what they are.

I've had it happen before where someone gave me 3 references and I heard back from another established provider that the gent was safe (a one word reply that some providers prefer to give) and confirmed the appointment. In the mean time the other two established providers shared more detailed info which made me change my mind. Those refs didn't make the potential client unsafe but just let me know it wasn't someone I would enjoy spending time with (poor hygiene, overstayed and not respectful of time, gave review much lower than the providers normal average, etc).  I will admit, I have said I had to cancel for personal reasons in instances like this when it was really because of provider references. While I understand honesty is the best policy I would not disclose to a gent that another provider spoke less than favorably about him without her permission. Sadly, some people are very vindictive and can't handle the truth.

i find Sweet Merissa's post to be very interesting- IMO fraudulent reviews are at an all time high on TER. It is It's refreshing to hear from a couple of providers that posting honest reviews may in fact keep a provider from seeing you. I am always turned off by reviewers who post all 9/10 reviews for everyone- how can you have a "once in a lifetime" experience, ALL the time? I feel that the purpose of TER is for us, the clients, to share our experiences with a provider in a completely, worry free, unbiased platform- to help us, the clients, from being dissapointed with a date. I requested a white list mention from a provider i have seen many times- her response was a step by step guide on how to giver her a 10/10 review? I don't feel that we pay an annual fee to provide false advertising for providers. Of course, if I see one bad review i do not consider that to be indicative of the providers actual services, but I do look at a reviewers reviews, and if I see all 10/9 then I do not consider their review to be worthwhile either. Finally,  "really hot" is a really hot , that should not be considered a unfavorable review, "going the extra mile" is actually great to me. I do NOT think everybody, providers and reviewers, are providing false information, i do not want to insinuate that at all. But, I do use an alias to post less than favorable reviews because I know the consequences would prevent many providers from seeing me.

Not so much about a 10 score, just that his scores are on the lower side and he had something negative to say in almost every review. But it could be something else.

Even with us I think. So to me it would seem that since the person had such a bad time with the last one, he might come to me thinking I need to make up for what was lost in the last date.  

Some people might see that as "hooray I can show someone up." Anyone who's been around a while might think there's nothing but downhill from here. Maybe I'll wait to see if the guy can find someone he can say 100% nice things about.  

Sure we all have our quirks and flaws, but the world would be a nasty place if everybody pointed every flaw out. "You look great, but..."

If there's always a "but", it's no fun. It's depressing.

thanks for the responses- I have done many positive reviews, and consider doing that a thanks and recognition of a wonderful experience. I am more than capable of paying for excellent providers, and almost never let the cost determine if i see someone- i have never pid less than $300, as i see that as a minimum for the type of experience i want to have.  And, i love burger king, i do want it my way! lol

I really enjoy getting to know providers, DURING OUR SESSIONS. If a provider is willing to text/email leading up to the appointment and flirt, that usually lead to even more fun sessions, but I don't expect it.  

I also don't expect them to continue texting/emailing after our meeting. I'm not saying the OP expected this, or pushed his luck, but judging by his reviews, it seems maybe something didn't go to his liking 100% and he took it out on the provider, instead of owning it.

As hobbyists, complaints like these leave a bad taste in provider's mouths (no pun intended). It's incumbent upon us to emember they have a life as well, and whatever reason they cancelled for (personal or otherwise) needs to be respected, as there may be valid reasons for it.

Lastly, and this is not intended as a direct criticism of the OP, only being able to judge by his reviews and a complaint about a lack of communication, I would venture to say maybe his expectations are misplaced.  

They aren't here to text/reply to our whims as long as we want - all we should do in these instances is send a polite email to the provider expressing our disappointment in not being able to meet them, that we hope everything is okay, that we hope to be able to meet in the future and that we look forward to hearing from them. This is true in every aspect of life.

TER is NOT just for you (the men)!  We also pay for a membership just like you!   TER sadly defines our reputation and can make or break a lady and her business.    I do not like reviews because I don't like showing up for a fun event and then I have to be "graded on it" like an exam.  I want to be myself and have fun and not have to worry in the back of mind is the guy scoring my every move.  

I did not read the reviews from the original poster but if every review he has, has at least one negative remark in it then I would think this guy is way too judgmental.    I would not think he's in this for the "experience/connection". A 10 is not always a supermodel.  If you make a connection with a person , the experience was amazing and you want to see that lady again, then I believe high marks are warranted.  Also remember, the ladies you review are your references.  Any potential ladies you want to see in the future may check with any of the ladies that you have reviewed.  If one of the ladies (or all) think you grade unfairly then that can be an issue for you in the future in seeing someone you really want.

I would like to also add that I feel the need to ignore emails often.  Usually it is just because of the way the guy/potential client is starting his email.  No introduction of his self, fake name, talking to me like we have met before and we have not or just a way too assertive or immature tone, then I just don't respond.    

I have received lower marks before but honestly that was at a time when I was not doing well personally and it was showing.  I had to retire for a couple of years.  This business isn't for everyone.  I now see very few Gentlemen a month.

If your having to use a Alias to write reviews and post then I wouldn't trust your credibility.
