The Crabtree area or the North Hills (midtown) area of Raleigh are best IMO. Stay away from Airport Road and Cary and Morrisville in general. If you advertise on BP avoid naming the actual city and just put "The Triangle area". LE looks for cities I believe. I used Eros on and off and I think you can get a pretty good deal for a one week ad. And of course her o TER! ;-)
