See response to this ? on other board.

It is the same question as on here by the same poster.

I always play light jazz
My fav is Chris Botti Duets  "T Love Again"

His trumpet and Paula Cole, Sting, Steven Tyler, Gladys Knight, Michael Buble, and more.

Certain Johnny Mathis albums can really set the mood.  Not too well known, but very nice, the soundtrack from "Somewhere in Time" (based on a theme from Paganini) very nice.
And when I really float her boat, the theme from "Superman" (no, really!).

A great topic!

Nothing to set the mood like Red Peters.

For people that like a slower type of a song I
recommend  Blow Me, You Hardly Know Me.

An all time fav, How's your Hole....family.

His album O'L Blue Balls is Back features Doggy Style with the great line, "Lets do it doggy style so we can both watch tv"!

Yes, nothing quite like Red Peters!

Anyone want to hear any of his gems you can find them on You Tube.

And lastly Larry Pierce is quite the crooner.

Bottom line if "Yeast Infection" can't get you in the mood nothing can!

Great line in that song, She was giving me a hicky, when I felt something sticky"!

They really do not make them like that anymore!

He has a number on his songs on You Tube too!

Have to mention one of his songs as I sign off this topic! Really a good one to get everyone in the mood for luvin, "You Make My Peter Stand Up"!
Really Snappy Tune, do not believe me check it out on You Tube!

Shifterp OUT!

That's hilarious just reading

:)

Guaranteed to laugh your HEAD off

Well SC I am hoping a few of the readers of my post will go to You Tube and listen to a couple of Red and Larry's songs!

I truly believe everyone who does will become big fans of these gifted artists!!!!!!!!

Red Peters

Larry Pierce

Couple of funny and talented crooners!

SP OUT  ps would really love to see a new thread on which song the hobbyists and providers on our board like the most! We all got to remember once and awhile not to take ourselves too seriously so I am doing my part! LOL  SP

If you don't get revved up listening to Roxy Music - Avalon you're missing hormones!

I very much prefer smooth jazz female vocals and bring some with me.

My favorite is:
“I Fall in Love Too Easily” - Shirley Horn

Also check out::
“Abandoned Masquerade” – Diana Krall

“All My Life” - Dominique Eade

“Bird Of Paradise” - Carol Welsman

“Lost In A Blue Note” - April Barrows

“Kiss” - Charene Dawn

“Dedicated to the One I Love” - Holly Cole

Many more but of course

“Love For Sale” - Shirley Horn

I just found out I’m coming to Chapel Hill sometime this week or next. Still doing some research on all the potential opportunities. Maybe I can leave you a CD of MP3s..
