No hits on phone number. Pix show ads all over the place including CA and FLA, doesn't mean she's not real but she is well-traveled for an 18 year old 
No other hits on pix to indicate they are stolen.

Do those look like B cups to you? In another ad, she says they are D cups which rings truer to me.
She could very well be a young girl just getting started and most likely has a "boyfriend" writing her ads.
