There is a con man in DC that stands by the working girls. He catch college kids and other duumies tells them he got girls up stairs. They got warrants so they cant stand outside. Pay him and go upstairs to apt. He will even let you talk to them on phone. When you go up of course there not there and when you come back down he is gone with your money.
