"GFE", the bad joke

First of all, it can't be defined because it means different things to different people. St Bart tried to define it years ago as a list of acronyms. However you define it, some dolt will pop up and say, "Oh, that's not what I THINK it should mean".

Unscrupulous providers say "GFE" in their ads or on their websites, then after the client ponies up, they say, "That's not what GFE means to ME".

Scrupulous providers get themselves into hassle by saying "GFE" and having to deal with clients who demand bareback sex as part of "their" GFE definition.

The only reason for defining GFE is so that providers and clients could use it as a sort of code so that the client would know what he was going to get without having to ask about specific acts. But every time someone tries to come up with that definition, a huge argument ensues. Even if someone did arrive at the "perfect" definition, who decides that it is perfect? Who gives the "official seal of approval"? Maybe we could run it by the Department of Weights and Measures? And who enforces the definition if a provider advertises "GFE" and only offers a kiss on the cheek and a gloved hand job?

It's a bad joke. The definition, and the term, is meaningless.

I've seen several threads in this subject, I am posting an informative link to what I think is a great definition of the term. It seems the definition varies by person, locale, and on various boards. What do you all think is the correct definition?

This is the classic definition of the term. I've spoken about this subject many a time. It is sad that something as basic as this. Has to be defined. However, there are a number of providers out there. Both Professional and back page armatures. That USE the term GFE and can't even get the basic theme of it right. It ends up being a mystical piece of bread to lure someone in.

However, there is solution and way around being mislead. Reading the reviews. TER is an excellent source for this. If you aren't a VIP member. Then you need to become one. It will reveal if someone is truly a GFE. By the basic definition. It will also give you a great idea of what you might expect with a provider.
