I am new to the hobby tho i have lurked reviews and pages thru a friend. i understand agencies need screening sites like date check ect. is it a must to pay to play. i would like to stick with an independent but with no references and no screening memberships what are my options? are there any ladies that will give me a shot?

There are a couple of sites p411 and datecheck that will take your info and verify you and some gals will take those verfications to allow you to make an appointment with them. Treat them with the respect they deserve and if you are not just plain ole creepy you should be able to use them as a reference to continue on in your journey in Hobbyworld.

yea, i registered for date check. but have not filled everything out. i understand people do this all the time. do they actually contact my workplace. im not sure how they would as all phone numbers for my work go to a call center somewhere else. only phone numbers are for supervisors cell phones. if they in fact do contact someone, what do they ask. i def dont want anyone knowing about my hobby.

Not 100% sure what they ask or who. Might be a better  question to ask Datecheck.

There are also some gals who are newbie friendly so you might ask for those ladies to chime in and let you know who they are. Get screened by them, see them, use them as a reference.

thanks. i will message datecheck an ask an explain my situation. i have spoken to 2 providers in the past, one said no if ands or buts had to be verified from a site or have ref. other said she would try to work with me. i just dont wanna spend money on a low quality provider.

Like you, I prefer Indys. Best bet is to became a TER VIP and only contact providers who have been reviewed. For 1st timer, stick with providers who have  at least 3-5 reviews within the last 3 months. Pay close attention to how guys describe provider's attitude. Indys seem to take extra care to please guys (repeat business is their main goal).
