I had NO IDEA agreeing to offer a free service (being a moderator) would be such a pain in the butt. The part I still have not figured out (and have asked for guidance from the top person) is how to tell when a post is part of a post or when it is a new post.
Once on the board in the view you guys see, and the view I saw as a hobbyist, it is extremely easy to see if a posting is part of another posting, or if it is a totally new post. It is obvious, because of how they are sorted or grouped together.

However, looking in the moderator’s queue, they are all together like a bulleted list (without the bullets). So, when I see a post from a person on June 1st and then on June 2nd, and both posts discuss their booking availability with a link to their website, it seems to me in my “inexperienced moderator eyes” that this is two posts in two days, and the rule states one post every seven days.

Then you have an escort post her add, then post again (saying she is just answering a question), but also includes her link and the same advertising information that the post two days ago had in it. Or, maybe she will just post again the 3rd day showing a picture of her ass, but also has to include more than the ass (like her website link, and the same advertising stuff as the day before). To me, this is yet another post within 7 days.

Of course, I have received about 10 emails complaining that their post has been waiting for 14 hours to go up! When I go to bed, I am caught up. I sleep all night, go to work all day, and it makes perfect sense to me that there will be MANY times a post will take 14 or better yet 18 hours to go up.

When I am shown an easy way from the moderator queue how to distinguish when a post is a new posting, and when a posting is building on an existing posting, then maybe all will be happy (except for the people who post when I am finished for the night – it will still be over 14 hours) – no apology for that

Maybe a retired person who lives on the computer 24/7 would be better at this. If you are interested in volunteering, PLEASE put your name in the hat.

To the eighty percent, thanks for your support.

As Zayzha stated, it's only ONE provider getting away with this....all the rest of us is asking is that the preferential treatment stop or let us post just as much...Guidelines are guidelines and if one has to follow them, then everyone should have to. And if it isn't preferential, then what is it?

If you click on a specific post/ad in the "Mods queue" it will show whether it is an update to an existing ad, or a NEW ad (it stands alone). The new rules allow ONE ad per 7 day period per gal.  (I was always a lenient & "easy" Mod on more ways than one-LOL)  . I'm a bigger Ho than any gal on the boards.  ;-)    Updates, rate changes, location changes etc. must be added to (under) the original ad for that week.

Just as a suggestion Lakeboy, you might want to devote a bit of Morning time to approving posts. To the ladies, their ads are $$$ & business. If you can't get their posts up or approved in a timely manner, you might want to ask for a co-mod, or step down.

BTW, I'm happy to help any time you, or anyone else has a question or problem. I'm also available for itchy pussies that need to be wildly fucked !  ;-)

Happy Hobbying

For ladies that are regulars on this board, if your posts/ads are NOT going up immediately, then you ARE moderated. Simply ask Lakeboy to kindly UNmoderate you.

Happy Hobbying!

Fuzzy,

Thanks for the help. I would LOVE a co-moderator.
Since I get up at 05:00 AM, I honestly never seem me getting up earlier to check for posts.
Would you (or anyone else) be interested in being a "morning" moderator? Or a co-moderator?
Obviously, I have never met "the decision maker(s) - but hopefully they can make it happen)
Thanks again for the suggestions/help.
