Somewhere in all of my erotic reading I have done, I read somewhere that the placement of the "F" & "M" (F's & M's) is important in communicating what you like when using acronyms.  
   
 Example, man wants threesome with zero bi-sexual male stuff, he writes:  
   
  iso  MFM (with the Female in the middle to convey the males are seperate and NOT touching.)  
   
 Another example, Man wants threesome first true bi experience, he writes:  
   
  iso MMF (with the males together, as in.... yeah.)  
   
 So...... you wrote you wanted...... FFMM... Mayhaps, you intended to write MFFM
