I don't know about the Floating World.  But there a couple of clubs in the Winston Salem/Greensboro area that have had Acts in the Past.  Platinum/Diamonds in Winston and Christie's in Greensboro have had Acts in the past.  Also in Hickory a Club called Thee Playhouse has had Acts in.
