I need to put this message out for people to see and understand what happened to me in Charlotte. The point of this message is that I lost business.
First of all, I was having a great trip until it was destroyed by two people who invaded my privacy. I had one person who came into my suite and went through all my closets while I stood there speechless. I calmed him down and he told me what had happened to him so I told him that I had a lot of stuff to back me up. The next day he decided to come back and just as I look at my email he tried to negotiate a lower donation. I cancelled immediately and the next thing I know he was knocking on my door. AN ABSOLUTE NO-NO. but my privacy was invaded horribly. I had to change rooms immediately What would he have thought if I had called his office which I would never do? Second, I know I should have followed my own instinct but I decided to give someone a chance. He shows up and I heard another story how he got robbed. Guess what he did to me? HE GIVES ME A CARD WITH NO ID. First of all, when using a C/C, you're supoosed to ask in advance. I told him to leave as soon he put the card down. After that I lost all my trust since I was giving a discount.
I choose to stay at nice places and nobody has the right to ask, " WHY DO YOU NEED A BIG PLACE"? NON OF YOUR BUSINESS.
WILL I HAVE THE SAME TRUST? NO WAY!! People who don't want to be screened should not be contacting me and I make it very clear.
Another person said that he is upscale and therefore he refused to be screened. He made me feel like a piece of shit Some people may expect this kind of behavior, but I do not. The reason that this happens is because some people put up with this behavior, but I do not.
After incidents like these, I cannot trust anyone; these are perfect reasons why screening is neccessary. TRUST GOES BOTH WAYS--IF YOU DON'T TRUST ME, DON'T CONTACT ME. That is all I have to say
I want to say "THANK YOU" to those who have made my trip to Charlotte great each time I visit your city. I appreciate you generosity, privacy which goes both ways, making my stay safe and treated me like a lady. To those I missed I will see you guys soon, will email in advance as you have requested and if I am in the area I will make a special trip for you guys. These gentlemen know who I am talking about and again, "THANK YOU".

You gave the second guy a discount w/o ever knowing him?
If he gave you a credit card, Im sure there was nothing on it anyway. This guy was simply trying to get a free session.

and can only imagine how you feel. Not everyone here is like that--there are a few decent people around. I respect your decisions to thoroughly screen--the ones that have a problem with it usually have something to hide.
I appreciate the feedback. I know there are decent people in Charlotte which is why I travel there. It just really freaked me out when someone walks in to your place, starts opening the closets and going through your personal space. Then, knocking on my door the next day is just wrong and even though the first incident occured I didn't call his work or do anything. That's not something I would ever do. The second person tried to fool me because I do know how c/c's work. You can't just put the card on the dresser with no photo id and you have to give notice in advance. When 2 incidents happen back to back you start to lose trust. Once a meeting is over, you are supposed to forget everything. These are just the 2 people I happen to meet in person but the few people who thought that they were upscale people wanting to meet someone upscale and not give their real names do have something to hide. They think I am worthless and that I have nothing to lose. I am a workaholic and I have a lot to lose as well. I am very private and all I have to say is that, I had a great trip until these 2 people came to my private location. If I book something for 400 or 300 that's my business and it shouldn't be questioned. If I could handle a shady hotel, I'd book it just for the heck of it but I have more class than that. Again, I agree with you 100% and very much appreciate a positive feedback. Not everyone is the same. Thanks again and have a great weekend. PS. I WILL BE TRAVELLING TO CHARLOTTE AGAIN.

It is not drama to complain about bad treatment. It is not ok to do what these guys did--invade Devin's privacy and knock on her door. Maybe a lot of girls take the abuse without complaint, but Devin does not. And she should not be attacked for doing so, especially by a coward hiding behind an alias. I am sure that this poster would be the first to complain if he was mistreated by a provider, such as invading his privacy by knocking on his door!!
Its not drama to post about bad treatment. BUT when you have made many posts about it on the regional boards, it can look like you are a drama magnet. We all have bad clients, no shows, cancellations etc. But it better serves the hobby to post those things on the provider board or a blacklist site.

I am not Devin's pimp; I don't know what a pseudopimp is, but I assume it is not a compliment. I know Devin on a business basis, and get nothing for posting.
I am sure that Devin is not the only one who is subject to these abuses. She just has the guts to point them out to this board. A guy like you is just promoting abuse; it seems that you have already forgotten what happened to a provider in Boston. Devin is only trying to protect her safety; she has every right to do so.
I don't know why you are obsessed with Devin. You must not have a life if you are spending so much time finding her old posts. But in any event, you should just leave her alone.

Call my post a public service announcement. Her post above plus my links speak loudly and succinctly for themselves. This provider is a traveling nightmare. She has never had a tour ever without serious major league drama, wild accusations, and finger pointing. Guys that pay that kind of rate expect absolute discretion and professionalism. She provides neither.

The rest of your message is insulting and without basis in fact. I don't know who you are because you are hiding behind an alias, but it is obvious that you have done this before to Devin. If Devin is so indiscreet, why did she not name the hobbyists who committed all those invasions of her privacy. Devin's privacy has been abused, while she has named no one in her posts. Those who know Devin, know that she is both professional and discreet. Who the hell are you to hide behind an alias and hurl these baseless accusations at a well-reviewed member of our community?

While it may be no secret to you folks, I do not like alias posts. This particular thread has a prime example of why TER should not have aliases in my opinion.
While the alias post points out factual references for their examples, why hide behind an alias to do so? If the examples that they are pointing out are true and factual I see no reason behind the alias, other than to use it to launch a personal attack. Or perhaps the poster has a credibility issue and feels that an alias would give their comments some credibility, which it doesn't.
So here I sit and wonder, does the alias poster suffer from a lack of board credibility and uses the alias to hide behind to launch their attack? Or the alias poster has some personal vendetta against this providor and wishes to try and harm her through the use of an alias posting. In either account, it's a ballless act by a desperate person looking for their five minutes of fame. But that is just my opinion also.
This posting is very close to violating the rules for alias postings, and the alias poster is cautioned from continuing to add to this thread and continuing their attack.
Should we have any more negative comments, I will simply pull the thread and put it in the Trash where it belongs, and moderate every fucking person that adds to the problem.
While this board seldom has any issues, which I thank each and every one of you, the use of alias postings only serves negative purposes in my opinion, in most cases. With few exceptions I don't see a need for the use of an alias.
