How many others have heard the overslept excuse for missing an appointment with Cleo or Rachel? Both of these ladies seem to oversleep a lot. Maybe it's a med problem, who knows? They both get great reviews, but I guess thats when they are awake for their appointments. Nobody mentions all the missed ones.
