Our gov't just gave a mid-western university close to 1 million $$$ to study snails having sex!!!
Are they trying to determine if they are straight, gay, or lesbian, maybe trans-sexual, What are the snail's fav position for sex is, or if the guy snails get vocal at the time they "slime" the ladies, or how many decibels the lady snails emit during the act, etc., etc. Wow! deep stuff!!!  

I'm going to apply for a grant  of a million  $$$ to study the ladies of NC as to decibels difference between when a guy vs a girl has them in their grips, etc. lordy! how many other ways can I study em with this million $$$ grant;P~~~  Hhmmm, wonder if that lady that Ms Julia is trying to turn will subject herself to the attention of said lady in a room from which there is no escape;P~~~ That experiment will probably cost me at least $1K/hour) of that million.

HHMM, might need some help guys, divide those subjects up with 600,000 for me, rest split between the Carolina Boys, Girls to experiment with;P~~~ UUUMMMM! I better go get my affairs in order;P~~~

Bird it figures that the snail sex article drew your attention, because after I read one of your reviews I could see that you are the kind of creepy old prevert that steals pantys off clothes lines.

and I do like your study idea far more but we need much more money.  A lot more. lol

I agree with Roadie and I think you are going to need more guys to assist in the test.  You'll need to be able to expand your sample size and gather data on how different guys interact with different ladies.  That may help you get even more $$$$ and it would probably need to be a two or three year study.

but snails are significant problem in the great lakes area. it clogs up water intakes. So, the study is to help find its procreation.

There is always more to something than the media sensationalizes.

Did not know, was only aware of Tiger Mussels creating massive problems in that area. TY
