your site is acting just like photo bucket .. you can add a link but you are still not uploading to TER. The image is being hoted on your site. The original question was driven by someone who was trying to post a pic that was on his PC hard drive. Like you would do with Facebook.
And speaking of hard -- your nurse pic gets me every time.....
I cant get a pic from my machine up on the board. I have to get it on the web somewhere. Then below where you are typing there should be a link url and a picture url. The link one the ladies use to show thier website. The pic works if you have a full addy from the web of where the pic is located.
