I travel to Asheville, Columbia, Charlotte, Raleigh, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Nashville, and Memphis about once every three weeks. When I am visiting these cities, I am there for about one or two days, so it is important to call to schedule a session at least a day in advance, because I often miss out on an opportunity to meet a person who requests a session that very day that they call. The process for booking a session is to simply call and leave a message that includes your name, a callback number to reach you at, and which city you are calling from and would like to meet me in. Because I receive a variety of calls, and some are more serious and respectful than others, I have a professional, male secretary who screens calls and arranges session times with clients. It is also important to call a day in advance, because I travel to a city only if I have sessions that have been scheduled in that city. Unfortunately, many potential clients call the day of my visit and for their benefit, sometimes I do post that I will be visiting a city on the date that is actually the day before I will be visiting and available in that city. In summary, if you call a day in advance, then my secretary will schedule a time that works best for both you and I and that would be for the date that is within my ad or the day after.
