Assuming you mean Charleston SC not WV? It's not a huge city and it's sort of off the major interstate travel routes so they don't get many visiting providers compared to say Charlotte or Raleigh. The good ones in Chucktown have enough regulars and stay UTR and the bad ones you can find in the usual online ad sites.
