...Believe me, this is not just your pet peeve.  Nothing annoys me more than broad requests for recommendations.  I mean, often they don't include any details for what they're seeking. Sometimes you'll see "looking for a true GFE in Raleigh", which is a little better.  But with no more details than that, it's hard to know what they're really seeking.  We're not mindreaders here.  One asshole recently got helped by a kind reader who recommended Bridgette from Raleigh.  She is a wonderful provider, one that I've seen several times.  He would've had a great time with her if he had booked.  But apparently, she wasn't young enough or thin enough or who knows.  But there he was asking if anyone could recommend someone else.   I'm not inclined to help anyone that is that fucking lazy.  You know, if one is savvy enough to post a request for help, then one ought to be able to do a little research on their own and then ask some "specific" questions.  If I see that one's not a total dumbass, then I might offer some help.  Why would I want to send a rude dumbass to someone I care about?

I used to help these guys, but it got to a point where I was spending too much time, in fact sometimes spending more time on doing their research than I did on my own.
NO MORE. When I see these requests, now I just move on!

I totally agree - It's useless to make a recommendation (and for me as a provider, to respond to an ISO post) with no specifics. It's a waste of time if my type is not the type being sought.
